4.  We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

        Shipping may influenced by holidays, events and other uncertainties. We could not guarantee the arrival time. If you dislike the seemingly long shipping time, please be aware. We don't want to get a negative or neutral or a low DSR score only because of the shipping time.

1.   If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reasons, simply return it un-opened within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount.

2.   Returns are only offered if the item is returned to us in its unworn, original condition with the hygiene sticker fully intact.  Buyers are responsible for paying their own return postage fees.

3.   Exchanges will be sent out when buyers pay the re-shipping cost.

4.   All buyers could be place a small note with their returned item, stating their website username, full name and address.

5.   A notification will be sent to you once your returned item is received and another once your refund/exchange has been processed.
